By placing an order with Daleswear Ltd, you agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions and accept full compliance with the following information.
1. PRICES
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. The price payable is the relevant amount at the time of dispatch. Confirmation of prices can be obtained by telephoning. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
2. CARRIAGE
In addition to the order price, orders to be packed and posted incur a charge. Please see below for costings:-
Orders Under £55 Standard £3.50
Over £55 Standard Free
Under £55 Express £7.50
Over £55 Express £4.00
Please allow 14 days for standard delivery. 3 days for Express delivery, If applicable, goods can be collected if notice is given at time of order. Any undue delays will be notified to you.

3. AVAILABILITY
Due to the vast number of colour combinations we offer it is impossible to stock goods in every size and colourway all the time. We therefore encourage you to state a second colour option whenever possible so that we can fulfil your order as soon as possible.
4. HOW TO ORDER

5. HOW TO PAY
Cheque, postal order, credit or debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Daleswear Ltd, with your home address and cheque card number on the back. Credit or debit card, We require card number, expiry date, issue number and cardholders name and address.
6. NO MINIMUM
There is no minimum order for mail order customers.
7. RETURNED GOODS
If you are not satisfied with your goods, they can be returned within 14 days in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging. A refund will be given, less postage, or if the goods are to be replaced, replacement goods will be sent upon payment of any price difference plus postage.
When returning goods, please ensure that you obtain a post office receipt for the goods. In the event of non-arrival, you will then be able to claim. We cannot accept responsibility for goods returned but not received. Returns either mail order or to the shop should be accompanied by a till or credit card receipt.
8. EXPORT ORDERS
We offer VAT free export when goods are to be dispatched by us overseas. Telephone (015242) 41477 or email sales@ daleswear.co.uk for further information. If you purchase goods with the intention of taking them out of the country as new, please telephone for information on VAT form 407.
Any overseas orders bear individual carriage costs which are quoted separately.
