Delivery Information

We aim to despatch your purchases to you within 2 – 4 working days from receipt of your order. Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. If we are out of stock of an item we will inform you immediately with information regarding possible delivery dates or alternative products.

Items will be sent to you via Royal Mail and will be delivered within normal working hours, 8.30am to 5.30pm. All items must be signed for. If you miss the delivery our courier will normally leave a card with information on how to arrange re-delivery. Orders over a value of £100 will be shipped with our couriers at Standard Delivery rate.

When you place your order the address given should be able to receive your order within normal working hours.

We are unable to offer an International delivery service at this time and we do not deliver to P.O. and BFPO Box numbers.
